Founded in 1977 with 29 charter members Altrusa International, Inc. of Ocala continues to flourish in Marion County with 47 outstanding business professionals in its membership. Altrusa, a cohesive organization that sets the standard for today's proven and promising leaders, is committed to community involvement. Our members embody the spirit of altruism by giving their talents through club projects to promote community betterment. Of the original 29 members initiated on May 26, 1977, six are still active in our club today! |
