 Altrusa is an international volunteer service organization of
business and professional leaders, dedicated to improving our community by providing personal service to others. Through our local club we unite our talents, achieving as a group what individuals cannot do alone. Mission Statement

The first Altrusa club of Altrusa International, Inc. was founded in
Nashville, Tennessee on April 11, 1917. It became the first national
organization of business and professional women with incorporation
(Indiana) as the National Association of Altrusa Clubs on August 21, 1917.
Since that time Altrusa Clubs have been organized in:
